(CDW-G), the government and education subsidiary of CDW Corporation (Nasdaq: CDWC), today announced it has acquired selected assets of T3 Corporation's Scientific Information Technology Products Division, including contract No. NAS5-02148 awarded in connection with NASA's Scientific and Engineering Workstation Procurement III (SEWP) program. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. "Acquiring these assets, including access to the SEWP program, is a strategic move for CDW-G," said Jim Shanks, president of CDW-G.
