CDW-G Partners with Betis Group to Deliver Integrated Solutions to the U.S. Air Force's Air Education and Training Command

Agreement Underlines Strength of CDW-G's Small Business Partner Consortium in Amplifying the Success of its 8(a) and HUBZone Partners

Herndon, VA - March 21, 2005 - CDW Government, Inc. (CDW-G), the government and education subsidiary of CDW Corporation [Nasdaq: CDWC] and leading supplier of brand-name Information Technology (IT) products and services to governments and educators, today announced that it has partnered with Betis Group, Inc., an 8(a) and HUBZone certified small business, on a 10-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the U.S. Air Force's Air Education and Training Command.

Under the BPA, the Arlington, Va.-based Betis Group will supply the Air Education and Training Command with end-to-end support services, in addition to best-in-class hardware, software and network components provided by CDW-G. The BPA has no ceiling value.

The Air Education and Training Command is one of the Air Force's largest commands, with 13 bases in the United States having more than 66,000 active-duty members and 15,000 civilians. Located on Randolph Air Force Base outside of San Antonio, Texas, the command is responsible for training and educating airmen in basic and advanced military training, including flight school.

Under the agreement, Betis Group can provide a broad range of products, services and integrated solutions, including strategic planning, project management, network engineering and software development. Partnering with CDW-G, Betis Group will have the ability to offer the Air Education and Training Command more than 100,000 products, including top IT brands from more than 1,400 manufacturers. In addition, Betis Group will leverage CDW-G's more than 24,000 square feet of ISO 9001:2000-certified integration capacity, enabling the small business to rapidly process, test and manage staged deployments of any size.

Betis Group is a member of CDW-G's Small Business Partner Consortium, which was established in 2003 to help small businesses win IT contracts with federal, state and local government agencies by allowing the small businesses to use CDW-G's e-commerce, service and distribution capabilities. Each of the 18 federal consortium members can bid for government contracts with CDW-G as a part of its team. As a member of CDW-G's Small Business Partner Consortium, Betis Group is able to provide federal agencies with the flexibility to purchase from a small, disadvantaged business while benefiting from the support of a Fortune 500 company.

"The small business consortium allows us to leverage CDW-G's experienced sales force and past performance, in addition to its enterprise-level configuration and staged shipment capacity," said Hernán Cortés, Betis Group president. "It gives us the opportunity to amplify our expertise and strong customer focus with best-in-class technology, as well as the best e-commerce and operational infrastructure in the market."

"The Small Business Partner Consortium is a win for small businesses, for their federal, state and local government customers and for CDW-G," said Kevin Adams, CDW-G vice president of program management. "Small businesses have the opportunity to leverage the solutions breadth and operational capacity of CDW-G. They attain small-business contracting goals, and CDW-G expands its strong relationships in the government market."

CDW-G partners with leading IT companies to deliver more than 100,000 products featuring top IT brands from over 1,400 manufacturers, providing public-sector customers with best-in-class products and solutions.
